it does matter where

a site specific project with the participation of residents

It does matter where is a participatory project with the residents of a city. It is a performative pleading for more public space, for more space for the city-residents and encourages to take more room and to raise the claim, that the city is a space to live in.
With the chairs they temporarily invade spaces and occupy them and invite people to follow. Photos by Lisa Rastl.
The project was realised during the residency for the BUGA Heilbronn/D in 2017 and in the framework of the Aarhus Festival 2018/Dk
